People Behind the CDF
The strength of the CDF today owes a great deal to the loyal support of Members, Life Members, and especially our Benefactor Life Members, many of whom have described it as their way "to give back to dermatology". It is a powerful expression of altruism, and was adopted as our campaign theme.
In recognition of the generous support and commitment to the Foundation demonstrated by our Benefactor Life Members, a research grant was established in their honour, and the first Benefactor Life Members' CDF Research Grant was awarded in 2007.
