In 1992 the Canadian Dermatology Foundation established an annual award to honour Canadian dermatologists whose major income is produced from clinical practice. Previous recipients have been: Dr. Donald C. Montgomery The Board of Directors now solicits nominations for the award in the upcoming year. Nominations shall be made by a member and seconded by four other dermatologists. The nominations shall be accompanied by a curriculum vitae and a one page summary of the contributions made by the nominee to dermatology and to the community at large. The Board welcomes letters of support from any member of the community. Nominations are accepted any time and shall be sent to: Dr. K. A. Kobayashi |
